What Does Vi Do When He’s Not Online?
Vi is a champion fiddler and inspired performer. His fiddle playing and singing can be heard on a more than dozen recordings, including seven of his own.
He’s played with bands throughout the United States and England, is a four-time Colorado State Fiddling Champion, has been a finalist four times at the Grand Masters’ Fiddle Championship, and has been a finalist seven times at the National Fiddle Contest (Vi was a runner up three additional times).
Vi is a voting member of the National Academy of Recording Arts and Sciences (the Grammy people), and has served for three years as secretary-treasurer of AFM Local 1000, the traveling musicians union.
